AMBASSADOR STARTER PACK
Start with a conversation.
Your goal isn't to sell a charity another platform. It's to find out what they need and offer practical help.
1. A simple introduction
“I'm involved with We Love Charities, a network of people helping good causes reach more supporters. We're not looking to replace your existing fundraising. Is there a specific project or fundraising goal you would welcome some extra publicity for? We may be able to help you set up and share an additional campaign at no setup charge.”
2. Ask the right questions
- Who can authorize fundraising on behalf of the charity?
- What's the specific project and target amount?
- Where do people donate currently? Is Gift Aid available there?
- Do you have approved photos, a logo and a short description?
- Who will verify the destination for funds and approve campaign wording?
- Who can provide progress updates and thank supporters?
3. Campaign checklist
- Obtain the charity's explicit approval and verify the contact.
- Confirm that LoveFund can support this charity, location and payout arrangements.
- Agree the goal, beneficiary, imagery and donor-facing disclosures.
- Set up the campaign through the approved LoveFund process.
- Test the donation link and verify how donations and tips are shown.
- Share approved posts, short videos and QR materials.
- Review progress with the charity and publish accurate updates.
4. What not to promise
Don't promise a fundraising result, guaranteed earnings, Gift Aid through LoveFund, or an established international team where none has been assigned. Be clear about optional tips, any financial interest, and existing donation routes.
5. Suggested follow-up message
Thanks for speaking with me. We Love Charities helps good causes get extra visibility and explore additional fundraising campaigns alongside their existing arrangements. If you have a specific project in mind, we'd be glad to discuss how we might help. There is no obligation.
6. A simple social media plan
- Agree one clear, achievable goal and a beneficiary-approved story.
- Prepare one 10–15 second vertical video, one photo post and one short update.
- Use only photos and stories with appropriate permission; protect vulnerable people.
- Share through the charity's own pages and volunteer networks, without spam.
- Give progress updates and thank supporters without disclosing private donor details.
7. Your personal outreach link
Share the public introduction below with charities. The link carries your ambassador reference for inquiry attribution.
